Isabella Giner, a licensed real estate agent in New York state has been eager to officially join the career since a young age. Growing up in Westchester surrounded by family and friends in the industry she has been exposed to the world of real estate from a young age.

Isabella has been actively involved in the Westchester community, through education, service, and frequent involvement at community events. Having assisted in open houses, inspections, and clerical work, and showings Isabella has been immersed her whole life in the ins and outs of the real estate industry and how to best work with all clients and customers. Her firsthand experience goes beyond her age to ensure her customers receive the best guidance possible.

As a teenager, Isabella secured her NYS Salesperson license to begin her passion officially. Becoming a licensed agent at a young age has enabled Isabella to experience more and gain valuable experience. At the same time, Isabella is pursuing her Bachelor's degree at Penn State University which will culminate in a degree of Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as a minor in Spanish language. Isabella works consistently keeping up with the market, finding creative strategies, and utilizing her entrepreneurial background to ensure that her clients have the best experience and outcomes.

Isabella has been actively involved in facilitating real estate transactions within New York City’s post-pandemic market, acting as an intermediary between clients, landlords, and brokers. Working as a Summer Real Estate Intern and Rental Specialist for an established team at Compass NYC in 2022 allowed Isabella to garner experience in scheduling appointments, conducting client tours, and verifying and submitting rental applications. Isabella also has experience adeptly managing a high volume of rental clients and skillfully creating and executing marketing campaigns that greatly enhance
her clients’ experience. Isabella’s warm personality, attention to detail and firsthand knowledge of Westchester and New York City makes her the perfect fit for new graduates to families looking to buy, sell, or rent a home.
